TQC, I need your help. Last Christmas I took a really cute picture of my mother and my nephew. Issue was, I loaded the photo in full size is was really blurry. I have the (VERY LARGE) picture under a cut below.
A) Is it possible to make it look better?
B) What would be the best program to do it.
c) Does anyone love me enough to try to fix it up themselves? I'm making a calendar for my mom and I want the December picture to be this.
